I don't know why but I've always LOVED rainy days! All my friends think I'm nuts but I just love the smell of it and the calming sound of the rain and the thunder!:love:

Anyone else?????

    Yea when the rainy days are spanned out.
    Its rained here for a few months straight, with maybe 5 days of no rain.

    Nope! I love the rain! Theres nothing better what a good thunder storm listening to the rain fall on the roof. Ive been known to go for walks in the rain also...

    OMG Living in Arizona at this time of the year I'm betting lots of people are praying for rain, Yesterday was 115 degrees! I love rainy days!

    As long as it doesn't knock out my satellite I'm cool with it. A nice soft rain also makes for perfect running weather.

    I love rainy days when I'm home... sitting outside on the porch or deck listening to it.. not when I have to commute in it :frown:

    I live in Seattle, so in order to keep my sanity during the 9 months of grey weather we get a year I have to love the rain :)

    I love them! My mood instantly goes up. I honestly don't like when it's all sunny and warm. Give me 60-70 degrees and raining any day!

    Rain, like everything else in MFPLand is fine in moderation. Everyone once in awhile fine, but not every day....especially not on weekends when we are supposed to be at the beach or the pool. Rain sucks then.

    I live in the Washington state desert (yes, there is one - look it up!) and I love, love, LOVE the rain! It's been raining here nonstop since last night and also had an awesome thunder and lightning show that I sat up late to watch :smile:

    I like them too, i find the sound of rain hitting the window really soothing. I even enjoy the odd walk in the rain.

    When it rains I typically open the doors/windows and just enjoy it. The stronger the thunderstorm the better.

    I wonder why I never became a storm chaser?

    Love a dark stormy day. The best is when it comes after a heat wave. My son and I have been know to run around barefoot and puddle jump in the first rain after a hot spell. Until the lightning strikes. Then it's inside to watch. I don't live anywhere that tornados or tropical storms or hurricanes happen so I don't fear storms like some people do.
