Well yeah, I know that. Some people tweak with there proteins, carbs and fats. Just looking for different ideas to change it up a bit.0

I use a gram of protein per pound of weight, 25% of calories from fat, the rest from carbs.0

Personally, I like 35/35/30, but tho will vary based on the individuals goals.0
