This is a very simple, common sense tip but proven to help me tremendously: Enter all your food/ meals in at the beginning of the day. This is allows you to see ahead of time what ways you need to tweak your meals to hit those right macros. Many times I've thought I made a decent meal only to find out it was way more unhealthy than I knew. This way I catch the bad food before I eat it. Additionally by doing this you are preparing your mind in advance to stick to all the meals you prepared and you're less likely to cheat! A simple trick but very effective!
