Which lifting program makes the most sense for me?

I'm thinking about switching up my weights routine, from low rep-heavy weights to high reps-light weights (specifically a 100 rep program). I'll be focusing on sprint distance events for the next few years with an few 1/2 marathons thrown in during the off season and my overall goal is to improve speed in all areas and get leaner. So which weights program is better given my goals?

I would've thought a 5x5 program would be optimal... strength > mass (for explosiveness?)
Something like stronglifts 5x5, Starting Strength or ICF 5x5.

Yes, any good lower-rep / heavy weight program, to build strength.
To lose fat, consume fewer calories.0 -
Do you have free weights are home? I'm doing Body Beast and love it.0

Another vote for body beast here. I'm increasing weight and seeing gains every week. It's designed to make you gain mass.0
