Does anyone else snack a lot?

Hey guys! Im a new mom trying to get back into shape. I'm also nursing so I'm supposed to be eating an extra 500 calories a day...I try and keep my meals as clean as possible but in a big snacker. Although they are healthy snacks they are usually things like granola, yogurt, lactation cookies. All things higher in carbs! Any suggestion for healthier snacks? Or how I can avoid eating so many!
