one month weight loss challenge

I am starting a challenge to lose four to five pounds in one month. We will eat clean, do cardio daily, and do strength training three days a week.
I weigh 170.2 lbs. Im 5' 3 ½”, female, 46. I have been on a weight loss journey since dec.21, 2014, and I have lost 30 lbs. MFP says 28 lbs, but its counting when I started logging in MFP.I have been lagging on my cardio, and strength training, so I thought I'd start a challenge to get support, and support others.
If you want to join, Im starting it right now. Well tomorrow. Are you in?
