Hello everyone,
I am currently a college student and looking to burn fat but not sure how to keep most of my muscle in doing so. I am 6'3 290 finishing an amazing football season. I have made a big decision to discontinue my football career and am now pursuing my dream job as a firefighter. In doing so, I have also decided it's time for my physique to change. I was obviously not a solid 290 but I can say I had a decent amount of muscle with my bench being 405 and squat being 500. My health goal now is to become a solid 205. Although being 290 had its perks in football, I need to start slimming down and begin thinking of my future. I have already been working on cardio and have lost 20 pounds in about 2 months but it's so hard trying to not lose muscle at the same time! I am now 270 and still losing as we speak but I'm afraid it's muscle loss as well! If you have any advice please let me know! And if you would like to join this journey with me add me! I WILL ACCOMPLISH MY GOAL.
