motivation please? 5'2-5'4 girls before/after

Today's my second day, woo... Haha and I could use some motivation if anyone has before/after pictures? I'm doing insanity and it is definitely kicking my butt!!! My starting weight is 180 and my goal weight is 135... College has not been kind to my body!!!!
