I now have the next four weeks off work so I am looking to boost what I normally do and get a great head start ready for the new term (I work in Education) and I am looking for any recommendations of good plans to follow. NB this is not me looking to get fit quick at all and I already exercise and intend to continue to do so after the four weeks, this is just me using the extra free time I have for a few weeks to be more productive fitness wise. I go back to a really hard job so could do to be as fit as possible. ( I am ok food wise)

I have access to a gym and pool. I already run very slowly around 3-5k and I have been having PT sessions over the last few months to learn the form and starting ideas for weight lifting, mainly free weights and body weights but the PT has finished now.

PS I work well with short term structure

Thank you in advance

Why not start a lifting program then? Could be a good time, especially since you've already worked with a trainer.

any recommendations? I like weights so far and certainly like the idea of what it can do for the body shape but I am still a little over weight too so need to lose as well as shape
