Having an accountability partner helps you reach your goals!

Hi everyone! If you are struggling with late night binges, weekend indulgences, or lack of motivation then you may want to consider pairing up with an accountability partner! Sometimes just stating your goals to another person and checking in with them to share your struggles and or successes helps you to get over the hard part! It is also pretty amazing when you help someone else through their struggles how you find a new motivation yourself! :) If you have never tried having an accountability partner what do you have to lose? Other than the unhealthy habits of course ;)
