hi I'm just starting out, need to lose 42lbs, I attend body pump class twice a week, Hiit Class once a week, any suggestions for food for quicker weight loss?

Slow and steady wins the race. If you focus on lean meats, whole grains, and loads of fresh vegetables and fruits - while staying in your calories- the weight will come off. Your exercising sounds fun. Maybe go on a walk once or twice a week too :-)0
