Hello Everyone!
My name is George Marsh from Williamsburg, VA very active Mtn biking, swimming, walking soon running. Have a 14 yr old daughter, Becky and a gorgeous girlfriend Elizabeth who also has a 14 yr old daughter, Morgan. Was over 200lbs took up mtn biking last year got myself down to 170lbs. Then took a nasty spill on my bike breaking my collarbone in 2 places last August. After recovery I am 100% back and back in the bike @ 190lbs trying to get back to the 170 weight. Tried several activity trackers and think I have settled on the Garmin Vivofit 2 with the myfitnesspal app in hopes to motivate me back to my ideal weight. I am 48 and getting back to the 170 weight I was in high school so I can find my 6 pack hidden by my 1 pack LOL! I enjoy also swimming laps at my local rec center and walks with my dog Rascal. I am an avid photographer GeorgeMarshPhotography.com connect with me would enjoy the motivated company

Howdy. I am in NC now, but I grew up about an hour from W-burg. My bro is a WM grad and my folks lived there for a while but have since moved up to the northern neck. CW is awesome - especially at Christmas. The area has grown so much in the last 20 years though. Really different now days but still a lovely place.
I am working towards getting back on my old road bike. I told my brother that I am not looking forward to the first spill. Unfortunately, it is part of the deal. If you ride, sooner or later you will take a spill. Sucks. Glad you are on the mend.
With those activities, you might look into running a Tri-sprint. My goal is to run one in the spring down here but I also want to run one up there next year so i can do one with my brother - perhaps we will cross paths along the way. At least we will have eaten some of the same dirt by then. Speaking of eating - avoid Paul's and the Cheese place in CW. SOOOO GOOD yet SOOO Naughty. ROFL.
Friend me if you like. Always good to know people in the region.0
