    Yes. Slow and steady wins.

10 pounds a month is not healthy.

Depends on how much you have left to go. 90 days is roughly 13 weeks, so that is less than 2.5 pounds per week. Rule of thumb is 2 pounds per week or less. Obese people sometimes have success at higher levels. It may not be healthy, depending on your current health and eventual target.

It depends upon how overweight you are right now. The more you have to lose .... the quicker weight comes off. The less you have to lose ....the slower weight comes off. Weight loss is not linear.

The faster you lose weight the more likely you will lose muscle along with fat ..... faster is not necessarily better.

My ideal weight is 183 based on BMI however 183 for me is to low.

Ideally would like to hover around 200

30lbs feels so close but it is so far

Uhm, 183 would give you a BMI of 26.3. Ideal would be under 25, which would require you to get below 174.

I am not saying BMI is always right, but if that is what you want to base ideal on, you need to adjust your figures.
