5'3", 98. Pant size 00/000 (23 waist) and shirts XS or XXS if they have them. Probably closer to a true size 0 in stores that don't vanity size. My measurements are 31/23/340

While I can fit into some brand's size 6 (pants/dress) I'm more often comfortable in the size 8 still.

- I am baffled by all the variations of clothing sizes vs weights vs heights listed here. Really gives me some perspective. Thank you all for posting -

I'm 5'6.5 and current weight is 284.
I wear 3X-2X tops depending on the style. I haven't bought or tried on any new jeans so I don't know what my current pant size is. Dress size is 22 though.
My highest weight recorded was 383 and I wore a very snug size 26 jeans and quite often didn't fit in the 4X shirts from Walmart unless the material had some stretch. I mostly wore a 4X sweat pant at that size and didn't really leave the house.
Last I checked hips were 57' & waist was 48'. At 361lbs both waist and hips were 10 inches bigger.0 -
