Asparagus and butter bean salad 108cals

Simple, tasty and filling. I serve this as a side dish to chicken or fish or to bulk up a green salad. You could eat the whole thing as a main meal for 430 calories.

Steam the asparagus for 8 minutes or less if you like it crunchy.
Drain the butter beans and rinse (I use canned in water as I'm too disorganised to soak dried ones overnight).
Chop the asparagus into pieces, about 2cm long.
Put the beans, asparagus and all of the other ingredients into a large bowl and toss together.
Serve!

    Asparagus is my favorite vegetable! This looks good... a nutritious salad.
