Moderation. For religious reason, I have been eating vegetarian this week, and have had pizza, cheese enchiladas and cheese lasagne this week. and have lost 1.2 pounds this week.0

Yes, cheese is the best. I still put in on a lot of stuff, I just budget calories for it. Being from Wisconsin there's practically a law that you have to put cheese on everything. I just go for the stronger flavors & better quality cheeses so I don't need much. A tablespoon of gorgonzola goes a long way. As does a 1/4c. of extra sharp cheddar.0

Yes, I'm Italian and LOVE dishes with cheese, all kinds, even love it in my salad, but I'm gonna have to cut WAY down!!0

I. LOVE. CHEESE. I have started using grated Parmesan. I sprinkle it here or there. Not very much, just a few teaspoons over veggies. Helps me feel less deprived.0

I eat a lot of cheese. Make it fit in your calorie allowance. Get yourself cheesesticks or Babybel cheese.0

I love smoked butterkase or cheddar.
you can get light string cheese for 80, and really it's not that bad if you plan out your food.0 -
I used to think that a life without cheese was not worth living! In Devon there are over 100 different local varieties! (Used to work in artisan food business) but now I know I can't be a healthy weight and eat all the cheese! I still have a cheese triangle now and then but if I keep a wedge of real cheese in the fridge then it's not safe!!! Also hard not to have my second fave thing with it, red wine by the gallon!!!!0

May I suggest Laughing Cow. They are great and only 35 cal per wedge.0

@lafoster13 there are 50 calorie string cheese sticks. I always have them on hand.
Also if you grate your cheese, it seems like more (psychological, I know, but works for me). I splurge on good cheese, because I eat less
I will not give it up...................cheese, glorious cheese.

Love cheese. Can I just be wedged between a grilled cheese sandwich for the day....I fit it in like everyday. Both lite and full fat. Trader Joes has a great selection if you have them by you. Whole Foods has a ridiculous cheese section. I see people hanging out there all the time eating free cheese.0

I love living the low carb lifestyle (doctor recommended for my personal nutritional needs) - cheese is a wonderful thing and calories never count!0

Hmmmmm free cheese!! Don't have either of those close by. I live in the stixs. 20 minutes just to go to a Walmart. We do have a small local grocery store within walking distance, but nothing fancy there.0
