My iphone MFP app is finally showing the cals remaining in the week again!! So helpful and awesome for those of us that deal more with weekly cals than daily cals!

It makes life SOO much easier! I've already used it several times (overrate today so had to rearrange cals). So awesome!0

@arditarose Did you realize this? I almost peed myself in excitement0

@slaite1 Thank you, I didn't notice! That weekly option is still a little slow and odd on my phone. Definitely a helpful change though.0

I had not noticed it either, but I'm so glad! I pay the most attention to my week's end count, so seeing how many calories I have left is useful.0

Where is that located on the app?0

Do you mean I can update MFP and not lose my weekly chart
I will check back in a week (not easily convinced)0 -
Is this feature only with premium subscription? I can't find this new feature on the iPhone app.0

No you don't need premium. Go to diary then nutrition then calories. Mine appears to need to be on 'net' cals not total to work properly.0

Home-> nutrition->calories->weekly view
Once you're in the calories menu, you have to click on the drop down that says "daily view" and change it to "weekly view". Then scroll down and you'll see what weekly calories you have left, as well as average calories. It is not a new feature-it is an old feature that was not working and is now fixed.0 -

I see "net calories under weekly goal : 2978" but what does it mean? (Sorry...)0

That should be how many calories you have left for the week. Some of us eat lower on certain days to eat more on others so a running total of what's left is super helpful.0 -
Ok...but...if I eat those, then I'm not in a deficit, right?0

It's based off of whatever goals you put into Mfp-just like your daily goal. For example, if you set it to lose 1lb/week-the deficit is built in0 -
Ok, thanks for the help!0
