Slipped up today- not good

I've slipped up on healthy eating, today.
I'm not feeling too good about this and there's regret.
Tomorrow is a new day though I'm disliking the set back
(Sick feeling)

One day will not ruin all the progress you have made, unless you allow it to.
Striving to eat and live a fit life is a wonderful daily goal to have. At the same time, it is but a part of who you are. Don't wrap all your self-worth in what you ate today. You do a disservice to yourself when you do that. You are so much more than calories consumed.0 -
Thank you
You're right. I think I'll go do a 30 min workout- would possibly help
Many thanks-BasicGreatGuy wrote: »One day will not ruin all the progress you have made, unless you allow it to.

one day will not hurt in the long run
and you might not be feeling well because you aren't used to eating whatever that type of food is any more. I ate doritos the other day and I did my contribution to green house gases that day
but it's just food. food is neither good or bad. just do your best.0 -
Hah- I suppose its that as I didn't really eat soo much. It's just after work I have bla bla
Anyway- I'm just going to pretend this never happenedone day will not hurt in the long run

Also, think of it like a weekly checkbook. It need's to balance weekly. It may mean less food tomorrow, or more low cal choices. It may mean hunger for a time period, but you can have more later. Also...hunger pains pass. I use intermittent fasting to come back from an upset. Upsets are life. And I'm really good until that 1 x month. Back up plans are necessary. Hope that helps! You're human!

I had an affair with a big bag of Cheetohs yesterday. Damn things. Can't have them around. We broke up, but not before I finished the bag. Log it, take a walk and mentally tell those calories goodbye. Then start again tomorrow and try to make better choices. It won't screw you up unless you let it0

I am pretty sure every member on this site, if honest, would say the had a bad or two, if not more. Like you said tomorrow is a new day.0

Very true- thank you my supportive fellow fitness pals!
Charpb: you're right, that's what I'm planning- balancing the books tomorrow ;
Girlwithcurls: I'm hearing you- I've just broke up with walkers salted!
Andympanda: you're right.I just get a little frustrated that I'd slip up every now and then instead of just going straight till I reach that goal. As you said, tomorrow is a new day!
Camonilejane: ooh yes- don't even remember today! (Says with multesers in mouth)

I did too. Was just one of those days. It's how you recover from the slip up that counts though. Tomorrow is a new day.0
