Can someone tell me small ways I can get started, even to lose 1lbs. Ive been my same weight for the past year smh.

Plug your data into MFP....height, weight, age, gender. Select a weekly weight loss goal depending upon total number of pounds you need to lose.....something like this:
Pound per week goals
75+ lbs set to lose 2 lb range
Between 40 - 75 lbs set to lose 1.5 lb range
Between 25-40 lbs set to lose 1 lb range
Between 15-25 lbs set to lose 1 -.50 lb range
Less than 15 lbs set to lose 0.5 lbs range
Then measure and log all the food you eat. MEET that goal everyday. Add some exercise (or not) log it and MFP gives you more calories.....start by eating 50% of those back too (calorie burns are estimates so don't eat too many).
Keep plugging away and you will lose weight. These threads are helpful for newbies:
