Hopefully getting back on the right track

Hi I'm Pauline n less than a year ago was a total fitness freak n a lot lighter, unfortunatly I'm a lot heavier due to ill health and weight gain from medication and a lot of over eating and no exercise! I started the plan on Monday after building up my exercise the last three weeks I felt I could only focus on one thing at a time but am now ready to try n curb my eating habits ! So far so good am finding that logging everything is really helping and I'm also able to work harder when exercising because I'm eating right ! Anyway so far so good just need to stay focused and away from the sweeties !
