Hi can anybody give me some decent meal plans please

I suggest you start with your favorite meals and make them a Healthier version 2.0, through replacements
I replaced fried chicken with baked chicken and added a lot of herbs and spices
I replaced cereal from a box with oatmeal prepared from scratch, with cinnamon stick , diced apple and almond milk. Cinnamon powder, chia seeds and grounded flaxseed as topping.
Start with what you like, then it becomes more sustainable0 -
