"Know how to motivate."
I woke up high.
I shoot up when I'm high.
I feel like crap when I'm high.
I'm a Type 1. Insulin allows me to live. <<that's the positive spin.
I also felt like crapola because that 1xweek a month when my evil twin visits is here and combined with a "bad high" (T1D humor) makes me feel extra crapola-ish.
So I'm having to drag myself out of bed to workout. I'm dreading it. I skipped the early morning friend workout. I needed some motivation.
The good thing? I know where to look. I know where to go to get positive advice from my coaches. I am linked to positive trainers on instagram. I have friends and buddy partners who are positive and helpful and only a pm away. I also read scripture, pray, and meditate. So, I pulled up some good reading material from a coach, and ya know what? It was like it was meant for me. It gave me all the moti I needed to get out of bed.
Then, because light begets light, I remembered that when I must at home workout, the bonus is that I get to wear fun workout clothes for my eyes only.
This means one thing to me. BOOTY SHORTS! HAHA. I totally rocked them in my home gym today. It was fun. Fun, fun, fun. I ate that workout for breakfast like a boss!
Know where to go to get your motivation.
Find positive people. They're out there, willing and ready to help. Online youtube, instagram, health fitness articles, inspirational reads. Anything that gets your spirit in a good place.
