Really hungry i need motivation

I dont eat past 7pm. Im trying rly hard not to eat right now help! I need encouragement

    Why don't you save some calories during the day so you can have a snack at night?

    Do you have calories left for the day? If you have the calories, EAT SOMETHING!

    Agreed with Sherry. Or even eat bigger meals at breakfast or lunch so you won't feel as hungry later on.
