I'm prepping for my first show. If I lose ten pounds over the next 12weeks I could do the open class and most likely place. Never had to do fat loss

Bodybuilding show? If so, you need to be stage ready 2 weeks out. If you're not ready to step on stage by then, chances are you won't be ready. Posing practice is a must. Most 1st timers may look great standing there, but when they have to do comparisons and their posing sucks, then that could mean the difference between 1st and 3rd place if physiques and conditioning were comparable. Make sure you're DARK. Being too light will wash out a lot of definition on stage.
    Good luck and have fun.

I've been doing my posing classes for several months. My dieting I have dropped down in body fat but still have about ten pounds to improve on and Its getting overwhelming. The macros are new to me and just need to lose the little percentage. I appreciate the words.
