    Don't "waste" your time. Gimmicks like that and it's endorsers prey on those who lack correct information on human physiology. The diet and fitness industry makes billions of dollars each year off promoting fads like this.

    I agree, I was just curious if anyone here has tried it. I wouldn't be able to wear one, I would feel to constricted lol
