so why didn't anyone tell me how aweomse LCHF is ?!?!?!

LCHF is the only way my husband can lose weight. We NEVER buy low fat anything. Use real butter, regular cheese. We don't use any milk products other than butter and milk (except with I sneak an ice cream), no processed foods and watch our added sugar intake VERY closely. Insulin moves sugar out the the bloodstream and into the fat cells, so keeping your blood sugar levels at a lower level without spikes is key as well. Makes finding a new way of eating life much easier and pleasant. I don't even miss our french fries any more

I used to like it, but the high fat plays havoc with the IBS. So glad you've found what works for you :-)0
