I want to gain about 10 pounds!

Hi. My name is Sha, I'm 5'3, 117lbs have been slim all my life. I've been working out the past 2 years (not consistently) in the gym 4-5 time a week solely weight training. I love the muscle I've produced but I've cut a lot of fat that I barely had and I hate when people see me they say you look like you've lost weight. My goal initially was to tone and build muscle which I was doing when I was consistent with my work out eating and incorporating a protein shake. Now I feel like I need to gain weight by eating anything I can but I'm still finding it hard to reach 1990 calories a day. Any advice would be great. I've been looking at weight gainer powders and would like suggestions on a good one. Thanks.
