Guys I am new in this weight loss and gym thing.So I need to know that is it okay to go gym and also do my regular aerobic exercises during my period?
(to girls especially please answer)

    Of course it is! That's why they have a line of pads and tampons for "active " women.

    Yes, it's fine. In fact I usually feel less crampy when I workout on bad cramp days.

    You will probably find that you feel better, as your uterus is a muscle, and exercise can relieve cramping.
