Starting a diet..again

I have been struggling with weight ever since I can remember and have gone through so many diets and for a few years managed to stay at a good weight with trainings 3x week (I was doing floorball competitively), but then I went to uni and the freshman 15 soon became freshman 30 and since I cannot do floorball anymore I am now trying to find motivation for just regular workout and healthy diet to hopefully get back to my initial weight.
I am looking for friends who can help me keep on track and we can also keep each other motivated! So add me if you want

Hi Lisa, I'm on my umpteenth diet too. I love MFP because it helps keep me on track. After 2 months of doing my own things I just joined a weight loss plan so I feel like a noob all over again. What steps are you taking so far?0
