ive had my fitness pal before but not with the out look i have now. im now a mother of an 8 month old boy and newly changed into a vegan life style. my goal is to lose weight but ultimately to be healthy. im trying to track my nutrition more than my calories and trying to be an all around healthier person. please add me if anyone has similar beliefs or goals. i am 4'11" and 210 lbs. my highest weight was when i was about to give birth to my son at 220 lbs. my ultimate goal is 130-115 but id like to make short term goals between.
