I want to be more toned for my holiday and i will be going in 5 weeks and 3 days do you think i could make visible progress by then?

Try posting this in the exercise section. There are so many people who lift weights in there. I think they say that you need longer than five weeks to have a visible difference...I think. This is so not my forte.
Even if there isn't a visible difference, lifting the weights is still good for you!0 -
What do you mean by "toning"? If you want to lose fat and reveal a bit of muscle, eat at a moderate deficit for 5 weeks. You'll lose a few pounds and feel good for vacation.0

There is no such thing as "toning". There is losing fat to reveal the muscle underneath.0
