Ketosis diet and exercise

does anyone know any good exercises to do while on the ketogenic diet? I just started this diet but I want to throw exercise in the mix. What are some good ones?

    Weight training. Compound movements. Bench, squat, deadlift etc.

    I did this on basically no carbs for breakfast and 200 calories of electrolytes with sugar I used during the ride.

    It all was burnt off.

    You can do cardio and exercise as your body gets used to burning fat as fuel

    I have lost 145 lbs of fat and gained 20 lbs of muscle in about 20 months doing it
