The scales are lying to me at the moment. At what point do I do both simultaneously?

    If you're a noob to lifting

    If you are hitting a great progressive lifting routine, have an amazing protein intake, the luck of the angels and the patience of a saint

    Eat at about a 250 deficit, lift heavy and wait, because it takes a LOT of work.
