Hello!

Hi everyone. I'm kind of new to this application. Started about 3 weeks ago and so far I have lost 5.5 pounds.

I'm posting to maybe try and gain some friends on here because apparently you lose weight faster with friends.

Some info about me:
- I workout at the gym a lot
- I do weights
- Calisthenics
- Track and field 100m sprinting
- Use to do 5km races
- Use to do mma
- Been working out for about 3 years consistsntly

My goal:
Started out at 190 during spring because I bulked way too much during the winter. I've been trying to cut for the summer and sofar I have lost about 15.5 pounds. My first goal was to get to 175 but I'm going to drop down to 170.
