For years I have been trying to get myself healthy, I have struggled with my weight since I was a child (I'm 22) and I never really managed to shed anymore then a couple if lb and now I have finally realised how unhealthy I am. I had my daughter 6 months ago and since then I have been really struggling to eat properly and I don't get the time to work out but having my daughter has made me realise that if I don't start losing weight now I may not be around to see her grow up and I want to be a good influence. I have anxiety and depression as well which would normally stop me from reaching out to other people but I'm desperate I don't want to miss out on my daughters life so any advice or even just a little boast to the confidence to know I can do this would be much appreciated!

You'll be okay! I tell you what I'm doing, having been overweight for a long time. I have worked out a breakfast I can have every day, and a lunch every day. I have a yoghurt for morning tea every day. I have an orange for afternoon tea every day. So I keep all of my meals exactly the same all day; and the only change is dinner. I'm training my stomach to get used to getting the same thing all the time, so I don't get so many hunger pangs etc.

The most important thing for any routine or diet is consistency. You'll do just fine and see great progress through consistency. There are a number of diets and workout programs that would fit you just dandy, however if you're not consistent then it's all for nothing. I've always said that one of the most important parts of anything you do is passion, you've got to want to change and want to better yourself and it truly sounds like you've got the drive to want create a healthier version of yourself. So just stay driven and consistent and get just a little better everyday.

Add me, I'd love to help you and offer any advice I can :) I'm 47 days into this, so I'm fairly new. But I've learned a few tricks. You can do this, believe in yourself! As cheesy as it sounds...anything is possible and the only thing holding you back is yourself!
