I am currently starting a point in my schooling where I will be on my feet most of the day! I will be preparing for my career where I will be in the same boat. I am wondering what you feel is the most supportive shoe for your feet and knees while on them all day!?

Hi! Nurse here, working 12.5hr hospital shifts, usually walking 7-9miles per shift. Lol. I dont know where you're from, so i cant recommend specific specialty shops, but try asking around with your teachers/experienced mentors what their recommended brands are.

I suggest a shoe with good cushioning and arch support. The arch support makes all the difference!

If you're not a nurse and fashion is not an issue, i heard crocs are well comfortable! Haha!

    Consider insoles, as well.

I'm a hairdresser and work 10-12 hr shifts. I love born and clarks. You can find all different styles that work with you look too!

I am on my feet 10 to 12 hours every day also. My go to shoes are Merrell and Birkenstock. I also have Plantar Fasciitis. So arch support is critical.
