    The beginning is always the easiest. Make sure you have updated your goals so that you are consuming the right amount of calories. You may also want to change up your exercising if at all possible, sometimes that kicks in weight loss. For me I also noticed if I hit a plateau I eat high calorie for a few days, do a juice fast, and than go back to my 1200 cal diet. Each person is different. Good Luck.
