I drink 2-3 cups of black coffee daily. For those who drink black--do you count toward your water intake?0

coffee with one cup of 2% milk and splenda. 130 calories, going to be switching to a sugar free creamer next week and of course not using a cup of it.0

If you use milk the flavor has a nice kick, other wise it had a mellow taste that is less bitter than a regular roast.0 -
I typically drink about 48-64oz of coffee a day -all black and less than 20kcal for everything.0

I drink 1-2 cups a day. 2tsp of sugar and 2TBS of creamer (this week it's sweet cream flavor) and it comes out to about 105 cals per cup. Totally worth it.0

everyday...whatever calories are in my coffee are negligible...I buy awesome coffee and grind my beans daily and drink it black or sometimes with a splash of 1%.0

Usually Trader Joe's Blue Moon. Ground daily. Black.
Work has something from Peets (beans ground per cup) and that will be black, or occasionally a tub of hazelnut creamer.0 -
2 cups each day - k-cup machine. I like breakfast blend, sumatra, french roast.0

2 cups a day- freshly ground. If you need a good kick for the gym try Guarana powder. You should find it in the spice section in most health food shops0

My first cup of brewed coffee I'll sometimes put just a tiny bit of half and half. Refill? None. Somewhere around 14 calories total for two cups... but that's not a weight loss thing, I simply prefer the taste of coffee. No flavours. No booze in it ever. Sugar? Not a chance.
If I'm going to drink my calories I want a local craft brewed hoppy ale or a full bodied red from various places in the world.0 -

I don't track water
I drink two to three cups of coffee a day. Usually a hazelnut coffee with nothing added. I bought a small pack of decaf hazelnut at Walmart the other day - so good. Definitely going for more or maybe the full size next time. I just finally got rid of an eye twitch that may have been coffee or maybe lack of sleep related, so I'd like to restrict home drinking to decaf LOL. I consume multiple bottles of diet dew too, so there's that

I make my own cold brew each day and only add a small amount of half and half. I don't count my coffee as part of my water intake.0
