Making lifestyle changes...slowly....

HI.
My name is Tanya. I am the proud mother of two small children. I have decided its time to make some changes around my household for the better. :) Started working out 1-3 times a week...trying to actually pay attention to what goes in our bodies. I just started and I can tell its going to be a challenge...especially with a husband and a little boy who dont really care for vegetables but love sugar and processed food!! Wish me luck - I'm gonna need it! :0
