And the slow down begins...

So it has finally happened. After 6+ months of steady 2 lb (or more) weekly losses my body has decided to slow down.
I'm 35-40 pounds from where I'd like to be (34 from where MFP) set my goal. Now it's a battle for 1 lb a week.
It's okay, it was expected. Was a nice ride...

It's a good place to get used to slow change! I am working on that too... finally under 200 and 50 more pounds to go and it does seem like a battle, but it's only testing your willpower! You got this!0

I note you've lost 56 pounds with only 39 to go! That's incredible, and congratulations!
Yep, one pound a week is about right for what you have left to lose. Then, when you have about 25 left, you need to reset your goals to lose .5 pounds a week.
And, you've got this! Carry on.

Home stretch!
Keep at it
Slow down is exactly what your body should be doing as you near that goal line

Yes, me too. The line is still going down, though, so we will get there.0
