Workout ideas?

so I'm looking for some really good workouts for abs and biceps does anybody have any ideas at home with weights like bench bress or Dumbbells.

    Hey there
    Focus on compound exercises for bulking your biceps, and isolations for actual muscle stamina and toning. Id recommend Arnold curls, preachers, rest pause reps, hanging dumbbell curls, hammer curls and reverse curls for forearms and wrists. For abs avoid lots of sit ups, do leg raises, dragon tails, jumping knee raises, Russian twists and ab vacuuming. Hope that helps.

    do full body, body weight exercises. don't focus on two muscle groups. your body is a machine and all that stuff works together...train it as such.
