Hi there I recently had my second baby who is now 1 month old. I lost a good amount of weight after my first kid but now i am back at square one! I could really use some motivation to help kick my butt into gear. I hate my new postpartum body and I want to feel good about myself again.
So please post your success stories with before and after pictures!!! I would love to see real people and real results

After losing weight 20120 -
My profile pic is my before and after. I did with calorie reduction, and using the calories I did eat wisely (high protein, low junk food diet). I was not rigid. I still enjoyed treats on occasions where they were available and I wanted them. But I just got right back on the horse the next day and kept plugging along. Almost 45 pounds in about 8 months. I lost the first 35 in about five months.0

I stick to my calorie deficit. I have mfp set to 1lb per week loss and I eat whatever "exercise" calories I get (fitbit adjustments).
I workout at home. I was using my xbox kinect and dumbbells for workouts. I am now using my xbox kinect, wii, ZombiesRun! app, and I'm doing Stronglifts 5x5. No diet pills, just a multi vitamin and an extra b vitamin supplement. I had only been using MFP for 87 days when the second set of pictures was taken.
edit: Oh, guess I should add that I'm 5'4.5"0 -
