Check this out... Let me know what some of you think about his views.. https://youtu.be/JXDEe_bg9lM
I agree with a lot his points. He might seem harsh to some of you but it's the message behind it all that you should really listen to. We're all here for the same reason- to love our bodies and be healthier. Maybe this can motivate someone you know whose overweight?
I personally hate hearing about people who want to lose and won't fully commit. It's insanely annoying sometimes to hear someone complain about their weight yet they aren't willing to change or go all bro-science about it. It honestly does fall back to a person being lazy if they're overweight...I'm sorry. I see it everyday with my own family but I don't make it a point to change them.
I look at myself over a year ago and know I was a lazy *kitten* who wouldn't commit. I'm still lazy sometimes but I've changed from where I was to who I am now. I don't eat fast food that often. I don't miss eating greasy cheeseburgers and feeling like crap all the time. I guess if a person wants to change they will on their own regardless of what someone else says but understand that being overweight falls on you and only you can change that. Quit feeling sorry for yourself, commit to a balanced diet (or any proven diet that works such as carb cycling, keto diet, etc) and be a healthier, happier you.

Truth hurts sometimes. Even as someone who isn't overweight, I know can need to eat better & not be a lazy *kitten* with my diet.0
