Fitness plan

Hi.

I was wondering if anybody could give me a rough fitness plan. I have just joined a standard gym and I know I need to be doing more work on the weight machines, but was wondering if anyone could give me rep and weight numbers etc.

I am around 70kgs at the moment, have a sedentary lifestyle and looking to loose around 8kgs.
