Guys I'm trying these days to do 10,000 steps using a pedometer, I can't add the same to my workout in FP, can someone help me to choose an activity similar to 10,000 or I wish if you can add it to aerobic activities.
Thank you
Thank you

If you're earning it just through a walk for exercise, log it as such. But if it's through everyday activities, then that's already accounted for in your activity level.0

Walking..slow / moderate ...then half the calorie estimate from MFP before logging it
However you will log by time
And it depends on what you put your activity level
The first 3000 or so steps will take you to a sedentary activity level so at the minimum remove this amount if you're at sedentary
Or get a fitbit and enable negative adjustments and it will do it for you

If you have a pedometer like a fitbit it can be synced and the steps will show up on your profile.0
