6 pack abs

i am 10stone 13 and im quiete lean i am 6ft in height and 18years old i go the gym 3 times a week and cant seem to get any ab definition or lose my lower belly fat

    Cut calories and take more protein it will tone you up more. Do 15 20 minutes hiit cardio followed by weight training and 1gram protein for every pound of body weight. Less carbs
