has anyone joined up for joe wicks 90 day plan, I am very tempted.

    I took the plunge and went for it. Am on my third week of the first cycle. I really like it. Am eating more than i was before starting!

    I am following this informally using his book and Youtube videos. I am only one week in but am surprised how easy I finding the meals and how effective the HIIT workouts are!
