Yet another "Eating back calories" Question

OK-I've been here three weeks-lost 7 lbs. Some good days, some cheating days
So, it's 5 pm, and since I've walked an hour and am going to Zumba, how important is it that I eat another 795 calories tonight? Is it that bad to NOT eat back the calories or is it only a problem if it's done on a daily basis?

Going under (just like going over) the limit once in a while is not a problem. But, if you make a habit out of it you might mess up (slow down) your metabolism in the short term.
MFP's number tend to be high, I personally try to not eat more than three quarters of my exercise calories back if they come from MFP. If I got the number from the treadmill, I would eat pretty much all of it back.0
