I'm Joe, been using mfp on and off for a few years to track my "diets", just now realized it's not a diet that I need, it's just a change all together. Been going strong the last 2 weeks and feeling pretty good about it, this time I think I'm in the right place in my mind? Setting goals and just living healthier now. I have been reading a lot of the posts here and being motivated by others. Hopefully in the future I can share my own story that will help someone else. Until then...
