    Basically restarted today? It was a struggle (mentally) but I managed to eat around 3300 calories today. Thank you to everyone who helped me! I am really excited to start this :smiley:

    I would chime in but I would basically tell you exactly what @usmcmp has said.

    Eat your food. Get your micros. Enjoy all the food. This is the time to do it.

    Good luck. I'm on more than you and mentally I find the best way to get all the calories in is to pre log your day so you know what you are eating and when. Also will prevent you coming to the end of a day, having loads of calories left and wondering how to fill it. Also spread out what you eat throughout the day as I find that makes it easier as well.
